Light Kit

$25ea Add-On

This LED and custom hardwood/softwood shade combination will serve to light the inside and outside of your MASTER screen where ever the night is the darkest.

Both the lights and the shades are made to stow along with the screen.

The LED lights have a burn time of 5 hours before you'll need to replace the batteries and at 25 lumens each you can regulate the amount of light very easily.

Note: 1 "LED Kit" = 1 light + 1 shade (Two kits are shown in the pictures below)

Shades can be made of: (Same cost for all woods listed)

  • Pine
  •  Cherry
  •  Oak
  •  White Maple
  •  Walnut
Shades seen are not the final design and will change moving forward to allow the most broad use of the lights possible.

Pulling the whole system together...
about 7 years ago – Sat, Jan 28, 2017 at 04:08:32 PM

This is what the Dice Base: Master screen, KEEP and TOWER (s) look like when you pack them up... and carry them away.. to your bookshelf where they live happily next to your other gaming materials

Both the Player and GM are represented here.. the Player sheath represents the players needed items condensed down to the Player's Handbook. 1x pen 1x pencil some spare paper and notes, gaming characters and a few other thin things packed into one slim protective and attractive case. Dice in this case are assumed to be in hand via a vault, bag or at the game night already. You could slip a Dice Base: One under the carry strap of the Player Sheath to solve that issue.

Here you go... from table to shelf.

The whole setup (minus one TOWER) on your table after you've cleaned up from game night and its time to pack everything away.

Notice how compact both the Player Sheath and the Dice Base: Master screen setup are when packed... you'd hardly guess there's more than 100 dice miniatures, pens, pencils, maps, THREE dice towers and a a whole host of things hidden inside it.

Lashed down tight. Nothing's getting away from you here.

Even the SWITCH stows nicely inside The TOWER so it can't get snagged on anything.

And finally on your shelf, next to your books and other materials, like it was made to go there... hmmm... I'll bet it was.

From beginning to end this whole system is designed to offer you choice, value and flexibility. You're not locked into using a specific tool in a specific way, just because sombody told you to.. and then made you pay for the privilege... you pick the tools that work best for you and then your game is truly yours. Don't change the way you play, make playing the game funner, easier and more creative with the freedom and flexibility that the Dice Base: Master system brings you.

Thanks everyone!

A bit more info... between jobs...
over 7 years ago – Fri, Jan 27, 2017 at 03:50:29 PM

One thing I've heard over and over again from both makers, masters and players is that playspace is always at a premium... you can never have enough... and I've seen many ways that makers have addressed this...

Just recently I heard one maker say "space is always limited" so we made this little dice tray....  or...  and the same maker.... look how many dice we can roll into this BIG dice tray! Forgetting apparently that just moments earlier space was at a premium....

I say why make that compromise.. instead make a decision as to how YOU want to setup your space without having to sacrifice space for capacity or ease of use.

A dual dice tower, that doesn't take up ANY space behind the screen or directly in front of it... it stays TO THE SIDE
A dual dice tower, that doesn't take up ANY space behind the screen or directly in front of it... it stays TO THE SIDE

Wait, the side? How is that possible and still be a DUAL dice tower? Not just dual but using our exclusive FLUME technology there are more than 7 hardpoints of impact inside this tower PER SIDE not counting the final ramp or landing outside the tower... SEVEN, and that's not counting the mysterious dice ledge that adds an additional layer of chance and randomization...  How many dice can this tower process? As many ans you can throw at it... literally... double hands fulls if you like... Dice up to more than an inch in size point to point. And that's not all... stack multiple TOWERS side by side to increase the throughput and dice handling capacity... you choose, you're in control.

Just like this. Using a ZucatiCorp exclusive design we take the tower and allow it to pivot AROUND the end of our screen...

Still firmly attached with only 2 hinge balls, even more so with 4 The TOWER allows you to have a dual rolling dice tower without loosing ANY player or GM space....

Wait... so how do you pic which way the dice go? I don't see any tilting ramps or snaps or anything...

Easy.. just SWITCH

This ZucatiCorp exclusive feature allows you to add or remove a solid wood switch which selects where your dice go when you roll them.

Dice to the players... switch. Dice to the GM... switch...  Dice to everyone or randomly or by feel? Remove the switch and take chance into your own hands... choice, freedom and options, that's how we roll.

More info coming soon. all products seen in prototype stage with additional look and feel improvements to be completed before final product is finished.

Thanks everyone!

Quck update to hopefully answer this question...
over 7 years ago – Fri, Jan 27, 2017 at 03:50:26 PM

Once and for all... (Been getting it a lot recently... you'd think there was somone else making a magnetic GM screen system.... (Yea, I know...)

YES you can have your panel, Keep or TOWER drilled and magneted to be compatible with other systems that use similar magnetic attachment methods... our panels are of similar size to all that I've seen and can be drilled and magnets placed to allow for verticle or horizontal orientation and integration into whatever system strikes your fancy.

Play how you want, the way you want without anyone telling you that their way is the only way.

So there you go. Pick and choose between our sytem or another and we'l make sure you're setup to work.

Cheers!
