Its faster, more accurate and easier to use than my Romaxx... which is not to knock the Romaxx.. .its made more than 2000 parts without a serious problem...so... here's hoping this new machine is even better.

One backer has contested their Kickstarter payment after answering their survey and Kickstarter has removed their pledge funds from my account and informed me I no longer have any obligation to this backer.. so... Ok then. No previous contact from either the backer or Kickstarter, but the money has been removed.. so that's that. Backer, you know who you are, you're money is back with you, and you're off the to-do list. Sorry I didn't get a chance to talk with you directly first, but there you go.
For everyone else!
Now that those things are out of the way here's what's going on.
1. The new Axiom CNC arrives next Tuesday. Setup will take place Tuesday - Thursday with all needed adjustments and settings being looked at for production.
2. After the machine is setup I'll began writing the production programs for all your wonderful panels. 1-2 weeks.
3. Towards the end of April production begins.
I'm on the fence as to how to handle production, I can make all the rewards and then ship them all at the same time, or I can make each order completely and ship it out as its finished...
Any thoughts on this?
In the mean time I've installed a new BandSaw and Cyclone Dust collector from Laguna Tools... Both of which were very much needed.
Impossible to re-cut without a bandsaw and there's no price worth bad air quality...
I'll have some more pictures of the new CNC an some live running video as well when we get going.

What i do know is that there are now only FOUR (4) remaining hold-outs.
I want to provide you with exactly what you want... but you have to tell me what that is.

None of these pledges are ones I feel like I can just ignore and let slide... (Hence this post)....
I'm holding back on this till I hear from the majority of you as there's potentially a fair amount of material I'll need to get depending on how you reply to your surveys...
So, I know some folks have had trouble answering the survey... please feel free to write [email protected] or call: 1-425-240-6128 (ZucatiCorp Phone Number) and leave a message if you don't catch one of us... We check the messages daily so we'll get back to you quickly.
I'd really like to cap this off and get to work, but I need your help and completion of your surveys to do that.

The Kickstarter money is transferring into my account right now and most backers have made their selections.
Here's where things are at:
The many waiting on the few.
The 13 that are left are almost all larger pledges and or custom committed pledges so while there aren't very many, they could make a big impact on what and how much material is needed, so I'm forced to hold back until I get these backers in the system.
The original close date for the survey was to be the end of March, and if most folks had needed that time it would be no problem. But most have spoken and are now waiting on the few.

I'd really like to get these last few surveys taken care of and move to the next phase.
I know some of the remaining backers have reasons they haven't proceeded and have contacted me directly. For those, DON'T STRESS. Take your time. We can wait, or I can proceed with enough info minus 1-2 backers that it won't be a big deal.
13 however is too many to try and guess at. So... Find your survey, Fill it out, add-on your additional items and lets all move to the next phase.
What's already in motion:
1. With the additional funds raised in Backerkit I've been able to take the next step forward in my shop and tooling evolution and purchase a second CNC machine:
Axiom AR6 Pro 24x36 CNC Router - Oh Yea!
It's being made right now and should arrive around the second week in April. This is a huge upgrade from my current machine in both precision, table size and capacity. I'm clearing space and running power now while the machine is assembled and shipped.
When this new machine arrives I'll be using my current Romaxx CNC HS1 as a more dedicated engraving and 3d carving machine as well as a secondary backup for increased production capacity when needed.

I can't tell you how big a deal this is for me... it effectively doubles my production capacity and allows me to produce more precise and complex parts.
All of your new MASTER screens will be made on this new Axiom machine and will be even better looking and better fitting than anything I've been able to produce and show in this campaign... and you all have made this possible... its a WIN / WIN for everyone!
And So...
When I get the remaining surveys completed I'll be making my materials purchase and begin the next phase of wood prep and layout.
