Shown in Yellowheart and oak.
Pine might be a bit to soft for this to work well as some of the features are very fine.
Will text next in pine, see how it goes. Another wrinkle, this engraving has to be done before any other machining as the X - Y stresses are to great for my normal engraving techniques... so its a planned thing... rather than an add-on later.

Straps, straps straps....
Leather and brass.
Cut from a full leather side, by hand... then trimmed, assembled and fitted.
Its a fair amount of work, but its a lot less expensive and much higher quality than buying them.
Working on other add-ons and accessories as well.
More pics when I have some finished screen sets.
Also working on a new 3d dragon scale engraving pattern.

Not really,
It's Black Walnut actually and its pretty dark.
Closed, packed and lashed. Ready for transport

Whiteboard in alternate posisiton, (Front of panel) and no that writing isn't permanent, just peel the film off (as it says) and it comes right off.
All five panels from the DM's perspective. Everything seen is shipping. (on the walnut panel set), I'm not shipping my game table.
